RETURN CONDITIONS
Utopia Tackle s.r.l. recognizes the right of withdrawal as required by current legislation.
The useful term to exercise this right is 10 days from the receipt of the goods within which the Customer is required to notify us by registered letter with return receipt to the address:

Important: in the letter requesting to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to indicate the details of a bank or postal account to re-credit the amount due (IBANCODE, ACCOUNT HOLDER).
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:
• the Customer expresses his will to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above.
• the purchased good is intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any accessory equipment).
Goods, once arrived at our warehouse, will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
After checking the integrity of the goods, we will re-credit the amount already paid, no later than 30 days from receipt of the registered letter, by bank transfer to the current account communicated by you.
The refund concerns the price of the product purchased. The only expenses charged to the customer are those relating to the return of the product.
