SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

SHIPMENTS IN ITALY

Times: shipments depart within the working day following the payment of the order and are delivered by SDA within 2 working days (excluding unforeseen events). Still barring unforeseen circumstances, an order placed before 17:00 is shipped the following morning and delivered to Rome and other capitals within 24 hours, in 48 hours in most other destinations; in 3 days in the most remote locations. We ship from Monday to Friday.
Costs: the cost of a shipment in Italy is € 10.00 (VAT included).

• In the event that products indicated as “coming soon” are placed in the order, the shipment will start immediately after the arrival of these products to our warehouse.
• For items indicated with the words “on order”, contact us directly at: francesco@utopiatackle.com
• For amounts over € 150.00 shipping costs are free.
• We do NOT process orders less than 20.00 euros (plus shipping costs).

SHIPMENTS ABROAD

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination, the weight/size of the outgoing package and the economic entity of the order.

• In the event that products indicated as “coming soon” are included in the order, the shipment will start immediately after the arrival of these products in our warehouse.

• We do NOT process orders less than 40.00 euros (plus shipping costs).
